certain rights and expectations that will help make your
healthcare more effective:
You have the right to positive, professional and timely
healthcare provided to you by your physician and the staff
of NFP.
You have the right to receive accurate, easily understood
information to assist you in making informed decisions
about your healthcare.
You have the right to choose your healthcare providers.
You have the right to confidentiality of your health
information.  Please take time to read our HIPAA policies.
You have the right to a meaningful process to resolve any
issues regarding your healthcare or billing.
You have the right to considerate, respectful care without
discrimination.

There are also expectations upon the patients of NFP:  
Please
follow your physicians instructions.
Please cancel/reschedule by giving our staff 24 hours
notice.
*NFP will charge a fee for non-compliance of this policy.
Please inform your physician of all your health related
information including all medications you are taking,
whether  prescribed or over-the-counter.  
Please bring your medications with you at the time of your
initial visit or exam.
Please pay your co-pay at the time of service and pay your
bill on time.
Please provide our staff with the correct demographic
information and insurance information.
