You have the right to confidentiality of your health information. Please take time to read our HIPAA policies. You have the right to a meaningful process to resolve any issues regarding your healthcare or billing. You have the right to considerate, respectful care without discrimination. There are also expectations upon the patients of NFP: Please follow your physicians instructions. Please cancel/reschedule by giving our staff 24 hours notice. *NFP will charge a fee for non-compliance of this policy. Please inform your physician of all your health related information including all medications you are taking, whether prescribed or over-the-counter. Please bring your medications with you at the time of your initial visit or exam. Please pay your co-pay at the time of service and pay your bill on time. Please provide our staff with the correct demographic information and insurance information. |
